1. Payment
Boom Butik accepts payment with, Credit card, VISA, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, Google Pay and Klarna. All prices are in EUR or PLN and include VAT. Boom Butik uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means your data is protected and cannot be read by third parties.
2. Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery takes 2–4 business days. Packages within the EU are shipped with DHL.
Delivery to a parcel shop is free on orders of 70 EUR / 300 PLN or more. Home delivery is available at a reduced rate for orders over 70 EUR / 300 PLN. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination country.
3. Right to Complain
You are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU consumer protection law. This covers defects in materials or manufacturing. If your complaint is valid, we may offer a replacement or a partial refund. If you receive a defective item, please let us know as soon as possible. If your claim is approved, we will cover any return shipping costs.
To file a complaint, please contact our customer service at hi@boombutik.com and include photos clearly showing the issue.
If your complaint is accepted, customer service will guide you through the next steps.
4. Returns
Returning items is easy. Simply use our return portal, select the products you wish to return, choose a reason, and you’ll receive a return label. A fee of 3.5 EUR / 15 PLN will be deducted per returned order – not per item, but per order.
You are responsible for packing your return securely, handing it in correctly at the parcel shop, and keeping proof of drop-off such as a receipt and tracking number. If you return an item without using our portal, you are responsible for the item reaching us and for having valid tracking proof.
5. Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original order and place a new one on our website.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have 31 days to change your mind and return unused items purchased from our website. If the item has been used or its resale value is otherwise reduced, it cannot be returned. You can use our return portal to send items back, but be sure to do so within 31 days of receiving them. After 31 days, the portal can no longer be used. If the deadline has passed, you may contact customer service to find a solution.
7. Partial Return
If you purchased multiple items in one order, you may return one or more of them individually.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you only cancel part of your order. This only applies to orders without free shipping.
8. Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, features, and functioning of the product. In other words – you may try the item on as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used more than described above, we consider it used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you may only receive part of the amount or none at all, depending on the item’s market value. To receive a full refund, treat the item as if trying it in a store – try it on, but do not use it.
We recommend returning items in their original shipping bag – resealable if possible.
9. Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will be refunded. If the item is reduced in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (provided the entire order is returned), minus the 25 DKK return fee, within 7 days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you send documentation proving it has been returned.

If we are unable to resolve the issue together, you can submit a complaint via the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Privacy Policy
By using boombutik.com, you agree to our processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can find here. We take your privacy seriously and ensure appropriate protection and handling of your personal information.
12. Personal Data
Boom Butik needs certain personal data in order to complete transactions with you. We only collect the data necessary: name, address, phone number, and email.
Boom Butik does not collect personally identifiable information from third parties and does not store sensitive payment data such as card numbers or bank details.
13. Who We Share Data With
We work with trusted companies who store and process data on our behalf. These companies only act according to our instructions.
To improve and develop boombutik.com, we keep statistics on site usage.
Personal data is registered with Boom Butik ApS and stored for five years before being deleted.
As a registered customer of Boom Butik ApS, you have the right to object to the data we store. You also have the right to access any information we hold about you. These rights are protected under EU data protection laws. Contact us at hi@boombutik.com.
